How and What They Are Made Of
Corrugated boxes are made of an arched or wavy paper design refers to ‘fluting’, which is fitted between two outside layers. The Process
The inner corrugated boards are engineered by using a machine called ‘corrugator’. The kraft boards are fed into the machine, heated, and pressed to form the wavy central layer of the box. Further two outer walls along with the ‘fluting’ are once again machined and are glued seamlessly with strong adhesive and steam.
